High season: From 20/07 to 31/08, Easter week, bank holidays and New Year.
Mid season: from 1st to 19th of July, from 1st to, 15th of September, regional holidays.

- Check-in Time: from 15.30 h.
- Check-out time: 11.30 am (For any changes to these times consult supplements)
- We hand over the house clean and ready for use, at the end of your stay the house should be left tidy and in good condition. We offer an optional cleaning service.
- Services such as reception, information, customer care, and changes of bed and bath linen are included in the price.
- To confirm bookings it is necessary to make a bank transfer for 21% of the total amount of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
- Only the number of guests indicated in the contract will be accepted.
- Stag parties are not admitted.
- Minimum stay: 7 Days in July and August; New year and Easter week; entire holiday weekend periods: Rest of year: 2 days.
- Pets are not allowed.
